In continuation to my previous post, I am listing possible scenarios where you should look at deploying converged communication:
- If you are already using VoIP or plan to use it
- Your company has global presence
- Your employees belong to the mobile/messenger generation
- You want to lower communication costs
- You are looking to improve business productivity
- Business gets done at home, at the road and on your cell phone
This is not the be all and end all of what is necessary for you to deploy converged communication, though these can be good pointers for you to start looking at it.
